Dr. Pornchai Rujiprapa holds Ph.D. (Urban & Regional Economics.), M.Sc. (Urban & Regional Economics.), from University of Pennsylvania, USA, M.P.A. (Programming Planning Administration) from National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and B.Sc. (Agro-Industry) from Kasetsart University. He also attended courses on “National Defense Course, Class 41” at National Defense College and “the Director Accreditation Program (DAP)” at Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD).  He has served the country as executive of governmental agencies for more than 20 years. He was appointed the Deputy Secretary – General, the National Economic and Social Development Board (NESBD). Currently, he is the Permanent Secretary to Ministry of Energy and Chairman of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.

Mr. Thanapich Mulapruk got a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Thammasat University, Thai Bar Certificate, Thai Barrister at law of Thailand and a Master’s Degree in Law from Chulalongkorn University.  He also attended courses on “Certificate of National Defense College of Thailand, Class 41” and “Director Certification Program (DCP)” at Thai Institute of Directors Association. Mr. Thanapich Mulapruk has served the country as an attorney for more than 30 years. Currently, he is a Director General of Department of Administrative Litigation.

MA., (Public Administration), aged 51

Apart from holding BA (International Relations) from Thammasat University and MA (Public Administration) from Thammasat University.  Mr. Pasan also attended course on “the Executive Program, Class 44” at Office of the Civil Service Commission.  He has served the country as executive of governmental agencies for more than 15 years. Currently, he is the Ambassador attached to  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Master of Political Science, Bachelor of Engineering, aged 46

Mr. Phaiboon holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Political Science from Sukhothai Thammathirat University.  Mr. Phaiboon also attended courses on “Public Law and Management, Class 1” at King Prajadhipok’s Institute, “Democratic Politics and Governance for High-Level Administrators, Class 7” at King Prajadhipok’s Institute, “Management of Public Economy, Class 1” at King Prajadhipok’s Institute “Executive Program, Class 3”  at Capital Market Academy,  “the Directors Certificate Program (DCP), Class 105” at Thai Institute of Directors Association.    During 2004-2006, Mr. Phaiboon was appointed as a specialist of Commission of Budget Management Monitoring of National Assembly.  Currently, he is the Managing Director of Trinity Plus Company Limited, Director of Metrostar Property Public Company Limited and Independent Director of Syrus Securities Public Company Limited.

Police General Pansiri Prapawat holds Master of Public Administration from Thammasat University, Bachelor of Public Administration from Police Cadet Academy. He also attended courses on “the Directors Certificate Program (DCP)” at Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), “the National Defense Course” at National Defense College, “the Senior Administration of Justice Program, Class 10” at the Institute Officials Judicial Court of Justice and “the Capital Market Academy Course, Class 10”, at the Capital Market Academy.    He has served the country as an executive of Royal Thai Police for more than 20 years. Presently, he serves as Deputy Commissioner of Royal Thai Police.

Apart from holding BBA from Chiang Mai University and MBA, from North Texas State University, Denton, Texas, USA.  Mr. Pongstorn also attended course on “the Director Certification Program (“DAP”), Class 104/2008” and “the Audit Committee Program (“ACP 26/2009”) at Thai Institute of Directors.  He has served the country as executive of governmental agencies for more than 15 years. Currently, he is the director of Amanah Leasing Public Company Limited, the director of the Mass Rapid Trasit Authority of Thailand and Chairman of the Bangkok Christian Hospital

Apart from holding B.Sc (Econ) (Hon.)(Politics and Law) from University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, UK, LL.M. from University College, London, University of London, UK and Ph.D. in International Law, London School of Economics, University of London, UK  Mr. Sorajak also attended course on “the Director Accreditation Program (“DAP”), Class 22” at Thai Institute of Directors (“IOD”) and “the Politics and Governance in Democratic Systems for executives” at King Prajadhipok’s Institute.  He has served the country as executive of governmental agencies for more than 15 years. Currently, he is the Director, IGLP program, LDRC, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University and the Chairman of MCOT Public Company Limited.

Currently, he is the Inspector General of Ministry of Finance and Director of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.

Currently, he is the Deputy Governor-Generation of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.

(Electrical Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University, Mr. Pithsanu Tongveerakul also attended courses on “the Directors Certificate Program (DCP)” at Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) and “the Senior Executive Development Program-2” at Foundation for International Human Resource Development.  He has worked in power business for more than 30 years. Currently, he is the Deputy Governor-Business Development of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.

 Mr. Shigeru Inano holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Waseda University, Japan.  Currently, Mr. Shigeru Inano is the Director and Head of Asset Management, Diamond Generating Asia, Limited. He has over 10 years experience in the Asian power sector.  Previously, he served in Power Generation and Marketing International Unit of  Diamond Generating Asia, Limited.

Master of Engineering (Mechanical Engineer),  aged 52

Mr. Kudama holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology.  Currently, Mr. Kudama is the Executive Officer, Executive General Manager, International Affairs Department, The Tokyo Electric Power Company, Inc. (TEPCO). He has over 25 years experience in the Asian power sector. Previously, he served as the Manager and General Manager, International Affairs Department and the Manager, Thermal Power Department of TEPCO respectively.

B.Sc. (Electronics and Telecommunication), aged 49

Mr. Hideo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Waseda University (Japan).  Currently, Mr. Hideo is the  Deputy General Manager, EMEA Business Unit.   Previously, he served as Head of Southeast Asia IPP, Power Generation and Marketing International Unit,  Head of International IPP, Power Generation and Marketing International Unit and Deputy General Manager, New Energy Power Generation Unit of Mitsubishi Corporation respectively

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, aged 44

Mr. Satoshi Yajima holds a Bachelor of Electricity Engineering from Waseda University, Japan.  Currently, Mr. Satoshi is the General Manager, International Affairs Department, The Tokyo Electric Power Company, Inc. (TEPCO). He has over 20 years experience in the Asian power sector.  Previously, he served in Domestic IPP Business Development, E Power Corporation, an Enron Affiliate in Japan and Overseas IPP Business Development, Marubeni Corporation respectively.

(B.E. Electrical Engineering), aged 56

Apart from holding B.E. (Electrical Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University. Mr. Sahust Pratuknukul also attended courses on the Senior Executive Development Program-1 at GE Co., Ltd., the Joint Public-Private Sectors Regular Program at National Defence College and the Finance for Executive Decision Program at Continuing Education Center, Chulalongkong University.  He is well versed in electricity and management with more than 30-year experience in power sector.
