EGCO Group owns and develops power plants both in Thailand and overseas. The Company is Thailand’s only independent power producer to utilize various types of fuel, ranging from natural gas, coal, diesel oil, biomass, hydropower, solar in order to be a part in stabilizing the country’s power supply system.
EGCO Group currently has 18 operating plants and 7 projects under development with total installed capacity of 5,045 MW. |

| EGCO holds an indirect 70% stake in EGCOM Tara Company Limited (ET) which operates in water business via ESCO. Under a long term contract, ET produces tap water in accordance with the Thai Industrial Standard (“TIS”) and supplies it to the three water stations of the Provincial Waterworks Authority of Thailand (PWA), namely Lak Muang and Damnoen Saduak Distribution Stations, Ratchaburi Branch and Samut Songkhram Distribution Station, Samut Songkhram Branch |

| EGCO also invests in Eastern Water Resource Development and Management Public Company Limited (East Water). As at January 9, 2008, EGCO holds 18.72% of shares in East Water which is responsible for develops and operates the main raw water pipe network in the Thailand Eastern Seaboard area covering 7 provinces namely, Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, Srakaew, Chantaburi and Trad. |
